Our Repair Philosophies:

1. Repairing the immediate problem- We will provide you with an estimate for your approval to fix the problem you specified to our service advisers. Nothing more, nothing less!

2. Other needed repairs- While your vehicle is in our shop we will do a COMPLIMENTARY 35 point inspection. During this course of diagnosing and safety checking your vehicle we may come across other areas of your vehicle that need immediate or future attention. Our service adviser will provide you with an honest estimate of our recommendations without sales pressure. The decision to fix, obtain an estimate, or not act on our recommendations is yours!

3. Preventative Maintenance Inspection- We believe that the only way to achieve maximum life and performance out of your automobile is to maintain the manufacturers' recommendations on repairs and maintenance items. We can supply the information and intervals at which these repairs, tune-ups or flushes are due; however the choice to repair them is UP TO YOU!

4. You are your car's owner- You are the main driver of your vehicle and therefor it should run the way you want it to! Here at Neese Automotive we hope that you will take an active part in the repair process and never hesitate to call with any questions and/or concerns!

Our Warranty:

You work hard for your money and so do we; which means peace of mind. All of Neese Automotive's repairs come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. And on most engines and drivetrains we offer a 3 year or 75,000 mile warranty (Courtesy of Jasper Engines and Transmissions).

Warranty/ After Market Warranty/ Insurance:

Neese Automotive will file your Repair Warranty Insurance Policy Claims for you. We will also work with your after market warranty companies to ensure that you get the maximum benefit to which you are entitled!
